Wendy Dahm

Wendy Dahm is the chief people officer and executive vice president, and a member of the company’s executive committee. She is responsible for shaping and executing the comprehensive people strategy across Baird & Warner, Key Mortgage and Baird & Warner Title Services.  

Wendy has over 30 years of experience in human resource planning and management. She began career at J.B. Hunt Transport where she was responsible for the recruiting and development within a start-up division. She has also held human resource management positions at Best Buy and ADP. 

In her 23 years with the organization, Wendy has led the design and redesign of scalable programs that drive recruiting, performance, engagement and retention.

Wendy earned her bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in economics from Southern Illinois University.
